At least he got rid of the Harley, but that is a rather extreme way to do
it. Craig's List would have been a better choice.

Hope he feels better soon.

As Colum says, the number one safety rule for motorcycle riders is
recognizing that everyone on the road came out with the sole intent of
hurting you...
