[Moo] Baronial Birthday tents

Hi Folks,
 
At the business meeting last night, I said that I'd bring my dayshade for someone's use but I forgot that we are showing up late to the event because I have a morning appointment. We won't be there until 10:30-11:00 a.m. at the earliest.
 
Do all the various activities have tents or dayshades planned yet or is Saturday going to be a catch-as-catch-can with most people planning to stay inside the air conditioned building?
 
Just curious.
