All you need to do is make sure that the Mol and the marshal for that
discipline know.  Oh....and don't forget to check in at the MoL table to
get the paperwork filled out before fighting.

Not sure the plans, but I think there will be two ready to Auth at
birthday in july. Will there be a provision for that?
