[Moo] Fighter Practice tonight

The practice is still on tuesdays at PWFA.

Baron Flaithri will not be there, so there can't be an official rapier
practice (I won't be there either, but I'm not a rapier marshall yet so I
don't count) :-)

I'm not sure if William will be there for heavy.
