Our sister city has contacted us.

The bad news is that it seems our castle has gone to ruins. So we may
need to increase our taxes to fix it.

There are a couple of Wikipedia articles on the area and it seems that
the town is named after a tributary called Stierbach (or as Google
translated it, Bull Creek). There are only 150 people in the town, so
the Barony actually outnumbers the town. We will keep everyone up to
date on how the negotiations go for their surrender.
