At Sapphire Joust, Their Majesties Michael and Seonaid did hold the third
Curia of Their Reign.  During Their Curia, They presented a letter to the
populace to all of Their assembled Baronage regarding Their Symbols of Rank
proposal that was posted for commentary after Their last Curia.  The text of
