[Moo] Great News! Ponte Alto Indoor Fight Practice Site for Sunday Available at Cut Rate Prices!

Greetings Heavy Weapons Fighters of Ponte Alto and Its Environs! 
 
Thanks to the tireless efforts of Mateo we have negotiated an offer 
from the VFW Post in Falls Church on Shreve Road just off Route 7 for 
the use of their dining room area for four hours on Sunday afternoons 
for the unbelievably low price of $50 (half of the discounted price of 
$100 for members like Mateo, a quarter of the regular price of $200). 
Hours would be 1:00 to 5:00PM. In size the room is half way between 
the cafeteria and the gymnasium at Lemon Road Elementary. In other 
words, its a steal! 
 
We already have approximately five fighters who will attend regularly 
which means that if we can attract just another five the cost will be 
$5 per person. Payment will be made from our fight practice fund in 
adnvance on a monthly basis and we envision using the space during the 
months of January through March and perhaps April, when there are far 
fewer heavy weapons events nearby and fighters need a place to go and 
fight on the weekend.  Efforts are under way to obtain the seed money 
for January from the fight practice fund and elsewhere. 
 
If you are willing to commit to making most of these indoor Sunday 
afternoon winter practices, please email me at this address in the 
next few days as we are planning to make our proposal to the Barony at 
the business meeting this coming Sunday evening.
