[Moo] Crown Tournament information

Forwarding information from our Kingdom Seneschal by request:

Letters of Intent to participate in Crown Tournament should be submitted to Their Majesties and the Kingdom Seneschal by October 15th. 
 
Letters must include the following:
SCA and Modern names of the combatant and consort
SCA membership numbers for each
Mailing address, email address and phone numbers for each
 
Their Majesties reserve the right to accept letters past the deadine up to and including the day of the tournament. While letters may be sent electronically, Her Majesty will be awarding a prize for the best hand-written/decorated letter of intent.
