[Moo] Sand Casting and Wood Carving

The schedule for the rest of the fall is almost set for Sudentorre A&S
nights.
 
Tues 9/20 is Sand Casting - bring a small peice to replicate in pewter. A
button is a great plan, you can make it out of almost anything - sculpey
clay is a great idea, just make it like you want or bring something that you
already have and we will try to get a good duplicate.
 
Tues 9/27 Wood Carving - you will have a chance to try your hand at
traditional wood carving with chisels & gouges, chip carving, cameo
woodcarving (using red cedar and color variations in the design, and simple
cheating technique for a high releif carving hammer and nails. Bring an
exacto knife or other knife or use those I will bring.
 
Location is the CCC (http://www.sudentorre.atlantia.sca.org/loc_ccc.php) at
7pm.
