[Moo] Land agent for Ruby Joust

The Barony is in need of a Land Agent for Ruby Joust held May 25th - May 
28th. Land Agents need to register camps before May 1st so this position 
will need to be filled quickly to make sure that Stierbach has a camping 
space for Ruby Joust.
