Please contact me with your tent information and special needs once you 
have registered for Ruby Joust.

Please let me know if you are willing to help transport common tents 
(i.e. Kitchen tent) to the event.

Would the populace that is camping with the the Barony be interested in 
a meal plan of sorts for this event? Would anyone be willing to 
coordinate it?
