[Moo] Need a heraldic consult for client

Hi,

If there are any heralds on the list, can you tell me if this blazon is heraldically legal?

Vert, on a bend argent three flax flowers purpure, and on a chief argent three hummingbirds purpure.

 The possible problem is the 
argent bend and the argent chief. I don't know if that's legal. 

Also, I need a conflict check.
