Last month's biz mtg. at the library was short and sweet.  Here are the minutes.  You may want to print them out (& March's?) if you're planning on attending tonight.

April Stierbach Business Meeting.

Introductions for newcomer; Morris
Polling Update:
No labels, but the envelopes are stuffed and ready to
go.  Milipitas hasn’t sent labels. 
Polling date will be reset if labels are not forthcoming.  Watch for announcements via Moo.
University update,
Spiked, flyer out, lunch reduced to 100 ppl, proposal for
lunch funds-not passed.
Proposed lunch funds will be folded into barony’s funds.  Approved by financial committee present;  Alexandre, Heloise, Esperanza, Richard,
Ceridwen, Bertran, Marcolo, & Rose.
Apr. 27th, class proposals due  
Investiture
Flyer is live, in May the head cooks are going to do a taste
testing for foods, still need help for troll.  Wiglaf is doing A&S, Joszca will reconfirm.
Holiday Faire 2012
update
Gunnora will autocrat, Grimm will be the merchant
steward.  They agreed to have deputies
just in case.  
Holiday Faire 2013
update
Wants to spike as soon as 2012 event is done now that we can
spike an event only 1 year in advance.
Same for Baronial Bday 2013.
DEMOs
Wakefield demo on 24th, see previous month’s biz
mtg minutes.  Please come.
Helena/Penny & Jasper will help with some dancing at the
Bull Run Library on 7/10.  Please
come.  Esperanza will check to see if we
can do fighting inside.  Starts at
7pm-9pm.
Front Royal library demo, Thursday before Investiture.  No updates.
Pennsic Land Agent
Sara;  Barony is
registered as a group.  You can now
register for Pennsic with the Barony.  7
people have registered so far.
Previous Baron  &
Baroness will not be going, so land agent will need to find someone else to tow
the local Pennsic supplies, tents, etc. to Pennsic.
New Business
St. Anne’s Guild funds were received from Black Diamond.
Canton Updates 
AI:  They decided not having a meeting this month.   
AI has decided to have an EQ event Apr. 13th,
2013, spiked.  It will be at Alienor’s,
discreetly wet.  An ABC form/license will
have to be filled out.  The Barony will
need to be lots of help.  Discussion
about space required, etc.  Karin will be
the autocrat.  The theme is running of
the lemmings.
Sudentorre:  Defending the Gate is this weekend.  Come!  Help!
May-ish, Bertran will step down as Seneschal.  No successor in site yet.  Herald needed too.
