This is the only building on the block that does not look like a house. Parking is not restricted on Dandridge Street, but is restricted on surrounding streets, so be sure to heed all parking notices to avoid ticketing.MAP Directions from the southTake I-95 North, and exit 130A toward Fredericksburg. After 1.5 miles, turn left onto William Street / Route 3 Business. After 0.5 miles, at the first traffic light, turn left onto College Ave. Mary Washington University is on the right side. After 0.2 miles, turn left onto Dandridge Street. The CCC is the 2nd building on the right.Directions from the north on Jefferson Davis HighwayTake Jefferson Davis Highway / Route 1 south past Mary Washington Hospital to the first light at the top of the hill. Turn left onto College Ave. Mary Washington University is on the left side. After 0.5 miles, turn right onto Dandridge Street. This is the 8th right turn from College Ave. The CCC is the 2nd building on the right.
