AI, 2nd Sunday, but not this month due to Mother’s Day.

Polling update: Due Sat. May 5th.Must go through the mail and BE THERE.
Ruby Joust update: We have land.Please contact Sarah the Nailbender, she is our land agent.Baronage will register the day shade on the field.Land agent will register space for the kitchen.She will post to the list to see if folks want a common area tent.We must rsvp IN ADVANCEto get camping space by May 13th.
Pennsic:We now have 9 rsvp’d.
War of the Wings:We need a land agent.Blitha & Allen volunteered.
University:It is happening.We have a contract.Details need to be confirmed.
Baronial Bday & Investiture:June 16th, Faquier fairgrounds.Event Facebook page can be set up.Insurance achieved.
Holiday Faire 2012:Holding pattern until result of polling.Budget will be presented next month by autocrat.
HF 2013:Looking for an autocrat.
Bbday 2013:Dates are filling for May of next year.If we want to have bday in June of next year, we need to get going on that.We’re wondering if Faq fairgrounds is good, waiting until this year is being held mostly. (We get to have this site exclusively and it’s only $1K.)
Kingdom is looking for event bids; 2013 & 2014. Kingdom A&S, etc.For 2013 dates, they need bids by June 1st.Discussion.They’re hoping to have Spring Coronation, Spring Crown, Fall Crown in a NoVA region area.List of open bids will be posted to the Moo.
Demos
Wakefield School Demo – Need an armored marshal.Might be Ragnarr.Blitha will bring games.It’s happening.(The kids dress up, it’s great.We’re invited to their feast after. Setup 2pm, demo 3-4.The location is very grassy-take allergy med if needed.
Bull Run Library – July 10th.Seneschal needs to get out there with a heavy marshal to see if the space has enough space.
Front Royal – Thursday before Investiture, Jun.14th, further details will be posted to the Moo.Reinmar is handling it.
Canton Updates
AI:Karinn put in for chatelaine at AI.Paperwork has to be signed still.
