My appreciation to our gracious Baroness for taking this month's minutes.

November Business Meeting Minutes:

Open Officers positions and deputy positions announced: Baron Flaithri volunteered to be Deputy Rapier Marshal but it isn’t on the website.

Current Business:
Holiday Faire – Update from Gunnora & Grimm as to the status of the event. Everything coming together. Gunnora to work out with Mors getting items from the Storage Locker. Gunnora to email Blitha about a few items at their house. Only a few spots left for merchants, large hall full, just a few left in the small building. 

Gunnora contacted Clarke County Fairgrounds: The grounds themselves are $550, large 32 x 110 Building $350, medium building $200, small building $175. None of these building as large as Prince William Fairgrounds but rumor has it that Prince William Fairgrounds won’t be open next year. 

Rapier and Costuming Symposium – Baron Flairthri has looked into using a different school then the one used for University but the field space is limited. Baron Flaithri to submit official bid with all items budgeted including fields and rooms.

Exchequer, Web minister, Chatelaine, Non Officer Member voter, Seneschal, Herald approved budget.

Financial Committee: September Lord Enequey asked to borrow the Stierbach Baronial tent. He agreed he will be responsible for it if there is damage.  Financial committee approved. Agreement to be drawn up.


New Business:
Unevent: Dec 1st. – all officers should plan on having someone attend if they can not. Schedule is already up. Unevent is in the Richmond area.

Master Siegfrieds company to donate computers to Barony – this will be worked out with the Exchequer. 

Demo for Massaponax High School December 15th. Heavy fighters, rapier fighters, static displays.

Introduction of new person : Esa introduced herself to everyone.

Kingdom Event Bids: Still looking for event bids for Spring University 2013
Twelfth Night 2014. Ponte Alto to host Fall Crown 2013, concessions to Barony since it is in our land? Baronage to work out.

Canton update: 
Running of the Lemmings Event: Faquier County Fairgrounds was contacted as a potential site but they aren’t able to host the event. 

New Chatelaine for Abhainn Iarthair – Ruth

Sudentorre Update – It was asked if there was gift wrapping again this year for Sudentorre but if there was, no one was aware of it.

Lady Amie announced that there is a garb challenge for period Disney princesses dresses for Spring Coronation. Please contact her if there are questions. Information is also on Facebook.

Grimm Announced that Archery Practice for the Barony at Grimmsfield is over for the 2012 season. Archery practice is now indoors at the Bull Run Shooting center. No practice the day before Holiday Faire.

January Business Meeting to not be held Jan 2nd. To be moved to January 9th.
