[Moo] November Business Meeting Minutes

Even though The Barony of Ponte Alto, isn't obligated to us in anyway, the concessions that the Baronage would talk to Ponte Alto about were cookies and potentially a good space on the field to watch the fighting. I should have included that in the meeting minutes.

Thank you for the input for the minutes of the Barony monthly business meeting.
