Even though The Barony of Ponte Alto, isn't obligated to us in anyway, the concessions that the Baronage would talk to Ponte Alto about were cookies and potentially a good space on the field to watch the fighting. I should have included that in the meeting minutes.

i was there and i did push back at the idea that any group should expect or assume some “concession” from another group using “its lands”.  again, we do not own any lands.  none.  we rent lands from owners to host our events.  second, our kingdom needs to host some events and those events, like crown, are on protected weekends.  like i said at the meeting if its a kingdom event weekend there isnt even a conflict since we cannot host an event.  so, unless we are doing crown it does not matter at all who is doing it and where they are doing it.  if ponte alto wants to do it and their site is within our zip code so be it.  its base for us to suggest we get some cut of any of it and there is no reason to even think we have some rights to do so.
 
just want to make sure the minutes are complete.
