[Moo] off topic need of help

Anytime they've offered to use the camera I say no. I'm not paying for their decision to purchase expensive equipment with dubious use leave charging outrageous amounts for them to use it. A good plumber who was using a snake on our main drain was able to tell that the pipe was offset and able to clear it regardless just by using one of the steel snakes. Experience told him that that was the case and as it turns out after the city came and dug it up that was situation. Just have them clear the pipe. Either the pipe is solid and snake can pass cleared through it or can't. If it doesn't then something is wrong.
