[Moo] Dog Mart in Spotsylvania Co this coming saturday

The 316th Fredericksburg Dog Mart will be Saturday September 27, from 9:30am-4pm. Come early to help set up (and get in free). Admission during event times is $5 per car. Location is at the Izaac Walton League, 12400 Herndon Rd in Spotsylvania VA, 22553. 

With the proper marshals we can have archery, atlatl, rapier, and heavy fighting demos. We will have a static display of dogs during the middle ages....

They have Indians (I think the Potowamac tribe)  lined up already for the opening ceremony at about 10am, and would like to have some male "colonists" to participate in the mock trade. (We are that part, in Elizabethian garb... I can bring late period garb if I know to bring it)

Who is available to come and help? Let me know, and I will coordinate with our friends at the Izaac Walton league.


So far, Marsalli, Signi, Ulfarr, Caristiona, Blitha, Allen, Geneffe, Wulff, Lex, and Amelia have said they are coming. And maybe Kat, Lee and her crew, and Nyssa are coming...  Others are going to Bacon Wars (Andre, do well authorizing!  )... It is a busy Weekend!
