[Moo] Holiday Faire Wrap Up and Thanks

Another glorious Holiday Faire is in the books. Baron Mors and I cannot thank enough the event Autocrat Lady Gunnora Grimm and her Merchant Coordinator Lord Stephan Grimm for another Holiday Faire well done! This was their fourth year as Autocrat and Merchant Coordinator! They make it looks so easy! 

Stierbach’s Holiday Faire event does not happen without A LOT of help and effort of MANY people. We would also like to thank:

These people did not do the respective support of their area of the event alone, they all had staff, helpers or perhaps minions and we would like to thank them too!!!! A big thank you to those that helped with A&S, helped Marshal Armored, Rapier, Archery and Thrown Weapons, helped with MOL, with the Silent Auction, Troll, with lunch and with our visiting Royalty!!! 

We would also like to thank everyone that helped with setup of the event on Friday afternoon and evening!!! and continued setup Saturday!!! We would like to give a special thank you to those that stayed for tear down of the event Saturday night and to those that helped with cleaning up the site and loading of equipment and items into the trailer!!! 

At Baronial Court Baron Mors and I were honored to award some members of the populace for their contributions to the Barony: 

His Highness, Sir Dietrich von Stroheim was added to the Order of the Minotaur, for prowess on the armored field in defense of Stierbach 
Lady Alienor de Bathe was awarded The Silver Stirrup of Stierbach, Lady Alienor is the Premier for this new Stierbach Equestrian award
Lady Aine O’Fearghail was added into the Order of the Saint Roche, for her service to the Barony
Lord Cradoc Mendwr was added into the Order of the Saint Roche, for his service to the Barony
Lord James of Carinthia was added into the Order of the Saint Roche, for his service to the Barony
Lord Allister Greenbrier was awarded the Silver Glove, for his prowess on the rapier field in defense of Stierbach
The Dremers Cup was awarded to Lady Arnjborg Karlsdottir for her hard work and coordination of Lunch for Holiday Faire

Unfortunately Lord Cradoc and Lord Allister were either not at the event or were not able to attend Court. We chose not to have the awards wait until Defending the Gate. We will make sure that they will receive their award medallions and scrolls for these awards.

We are already looking forward to Holiday Faire next year!  I’m sure I made the merchants happy as I spent entirely too much money. There were too many things I had to have!!!
