Unto the Populace of Stierbach do Baron Valgard av Mors and Baroness Esperanza Susanna Flecha send greetings. 

Current Letters of Intent for Baron and Baroness of Stierbach are:

Lord Allen of Wolfhou and Mistress Blitha of Wolfhou

Lord Aeddan Ivor and Lady Arnbjorg Karlsdottir 

Lord Dietrich Saphir zum Drache and Lady Karin Taylor de Cameron

Lord Sigurd Ericsson of Bergen and Baroness Aine ingen Chuimin

February 9th is the deadline for your Letters of Intent. As the Stierbach Seneschal is now a candidate, Baroness Aine has transitioned herself out of the process. If you have yet to submit your Letter of Intent please include baroness at Stierbach.org along with depsenva at atlantia.sca.org. 

Baroness Esperanza has been in contact with the Kingdom Seneschal, Duchess Simone and either the Deputy Virginia Regional Seneschal or the Deputy Maryland Regional Seneschal will be conducting the polling. In coordination with the Kingdom Seneschal, Duchess Simone and after consulting the populace and getting approval at the Baronial Business Meeting, Baroness Esperanza will be coordinating all the local activities. This will include coordinating the process of elimination of one of the candidates as Kingdom Law dictates that only four candidates can be put forth to Their Royal Highness's for selection of the next Baron and Baroness. The officers present and populace of Barony at the Baronial Business Meeting agreed to the elimination being run with a survey through Survey Monkey. 

Each set of Candidates will be listed and each person signing into the survey will be asked to select their first choice through fifth choice. Each candidates first choice numbers will be counted, second numbers will be counted, third choice, fourth choice and fifth choice numbers will be totaled. The least favored candidate will be eliminated. To make sure that those taking the survey are members of the Barony, the survey will also ask for Legal Name, SCA name, membership number, expiration and your zip code. Please keep an eye out for the survey. I hope to have it set up and tested by Sunday Feb 12th.
