[Moo] Update on Arthur of Linden

After a series of crises in and out of the ICU, he is "stabilized", but 
there is no hope that he will recover as we generally understand the 
term. He is being transferred to palliative/comfort care, and within the 
next day or two is expected to be moved to Blue Ridge Hospice. At least 
there he will no longer be subjected to invasive medical procedures that 
he has been unable to tolerate (nasogastric tube, etc) and may be more 
comfortable in what little time he has left.
