Officer Reports

Open (or soon to be) offices

NEW BUSINESS

Baronial Birthday event report (Ropes, and bags marked for list field, )
need to either find new site or submit now for next year, as there is a new
process for booking the fairgrounds.

August meeting is cancelled due to Pennsic, next meeting will be September
12th.

Fighter practice moved to Mondays

Old BUSINESS

Pennsic planning – still do not have a camp steward. Land agent is filled
but only for the day of land grab.

Still in planning:  Holiday Faire 2017

Up Coming Events: Pennsic, and local gathering for the Pennsic pitty party
Saturday August 5th, noon till whenever
