Good Afternoon Atlantia,
If you pre-register for an event through SCA-rs. Your refund is processed
by the group sponsoring the event.
Kingdom for Kingdom Level Events.
Local groups for all others.
Please contact the Exchequer and/or Reservationist for the event after you
have cancelled your reservation in the system. The refund policy is posted
in the event blurb in SCA-rs. Please read the refund policy.
Checks to events, are also pre-reserved in SCA-rs. This ensures a single
spreadsheet is available to the reservationist on the event day. The
process to cancel is the same. If you are not a member, an account was
created for you and sent to the email provided. you may use that to
register in the future, or to cancel current reservations.
Reservationists / Exchequers, please keep the communication channels open
for those that have to cancel. Make sure they KNOW you have their request
and are processing it, and what the expected timeline is.
Most groups can't processes your refund until they have the funds from
SCA-rs. Therefore, do not expect a refund until after the event has
happened.
