[Moo] Unwanted Moo Emails

In response to Nikolai.

The Moo list was moved to the kingdom server over the weekend. When the
e-mail addresses were moved, the special indicators like "no mail" or
"digest" were not moved.

If you need adjustments made please e-mail webminister at stierbach.org and
we'll get the changes mad as soon as possible.
