Looks like you can pre-register for Sapphire Joust after April 1, but please make their planning as easy as possible and register sooner instead of later. If you would like to camp with the barony be sure to list "Barony of Stierbach"

Please be advised that by pre-registering for Sapphire
Joust before April 1 saves you $5 on registration
fees. No family will be charged more than $60 if they
are pre-registered before April 1st. 

Not pre-registering before April 1st does not bar you
from registering for group camping, bringing a pet, or
signing up for the boxed dinners. You must
pre-register for all those things, but it does not
have to be before April 1st.
