[Moo] Baronial Pavilion @ Crown Tourney

Once again, Richard is setting up our pavilion to be used as a baronial
gathering place at Crown Tourney. We will have hot beverages and maybe some
snacks. 

We should be located in the second row of tents back from the fighting
field, behind Baron Turgeis and Baroness Sunniva (and Count Vahalric and
Duchess Arielle).

There is also indoor hang out space so don't let the chilly weather keep you
away.
