[Moo] Dividing up chalice teams

Depending on what you want to do here are the following categories:

 

Rapier:  Adult Rapier and Youth Rapier are being counted equal this
year...no bonus points for youth rapier.

Heavy

Archery

Bardic:  You must have 2 pieces, one with documentation, both on the
theme of the event

A&S:  one entry with documentation on the theme of the event.  

 

Right now I have two teams worth of people for everything but archery,
and working on a third.  I have only one archer who has stepped forward.
