Sorry I was unable to contact you this afternoon - I had a house full of
company.

Your cook's crew did an excellent job with the luncheon Saturday. I know
they were somewhat stressed by the need to keep the merchants fed and happy,
and I am sorry for any confusion regarding that necessity - but the
merchants I spoke with who received the food delivery were most
appreciative. I am sorry that we did not have that discussion beforehand so
that everyone understood the rationale for the delivery and could plan
accordingly. That is my fault.
