[Moo] Friday Setting up

Alright Sudentorre!

I have resigned myself to accept the fact that it is going to be a bit moist on Saturday.  So, let us make the best of this and see if we can provide dry spots for our guests who will be traveling to our Fair Canton.

There is not a whole lot we can do about the weather other than try to provide enough overhead coverage to keep those not participating in the fine art of war a little dryer.  It is not suppose to be windy, so this will help a little with the rain.

Loading up vehicles:

Catherine and Olaf:  Can you come to the Millers and pick up bales of straw?  I have 30 bales that need to go.  Will your truck and trailer be able to haul all of those?  (Bring rope)

Willow:  Can your truck help with the bales of straw and the list fences? (Bring rope)

--If you can come early tomorrow to the Millers, you can then deliver these items to the site while it is not raining.  We can cover the bales to keep them dry overnight, so moving them first thing in the morning, they will still be dry...  Remember, these have to be loaded back up on the trucks Saturday night and hauled back to the Millers on Sunday.

Achmed:  Can you deliver the stove to the Millers before bringing Big White out to the site?

I am working on a couple more tents and dayshades to be installed to help with keeping everyone a little dryer.

I have the following tents assigned:

* The classroom tent is now going to be the A&S Tent.  This will keep all the A&S displays rain-free.

* One 16 x 16 Regent tent for children's activities that needs to be installed.
* Two Pop-up tents for MOLs (not sure if they have walls, but if they do, it is a bonus).
* One 10 x 20 carport tent for the Archery area
* One 10 x 20 carport tent for the populace in the main viewing area.
* One 12 x 12 Regent tent for the older Youth to sit.
* One round tent for the Gate.
* One pop-up tent for the Gate.
* BIG WHITE - 20 x 30 feet.
* One pop-up for Water bearing
* Sunniva's & Turgeis' Tent for their Excellencies.
* Two tents belonging to the Darby's to be set up around BIG WHITE.

THE ONLY TENTS I KNOW FOR SURE THAT WILL BE SET UP ON FRIDAY IS BIG WHITE.  Any of the other tents listed above can be set up Friday if we have the manpower.  If not, prepare for a very busy Saturday Morning..!!

I need another tent around 14 x 14 with walls for the classroom tent.  If none are available, we will use the on-site pavillion.

The on-site pavillion needs canvas walls installed to keep out the weather.  

I have only heard from a couple of you about coming out to set up.  It looks like setting up in the afternoon is desired over the morning.  How about 1 pm out at the site??  Will this time work for everyone??

If you can come out tomorrow to help, send me an email and let me know what time you will be there.  I need to arrange for the Porta-potty delivery so I might be there earlier.
