(Second in a series of four, for those of you who don't read the Merry
Rose or the Atlantian heralds list. -Evan)

Unto Their Majesties Vladimir and Kalisa, the Triton Principal Herald, the Atlantian College of Heralds, the populace of Atlantia, and all who read these presents:

Greetings from Evan da Collaureo, Sackbut Herald, on this the second day of September.

Here begin the Court accounts of the reign of Vladimir and Kalisa, King and Queen of Atlantia. On the second day of September, Anno Societatis XLIV, in the barony of Stierbach, Logan and Esa did step down from the Atlantian Throne. This has been chronicled previously. His Grace Cuan mac Daige had been left with the trust of guarding the Sword of State and the Crowns.

Vladimir Ivanovich Aleksandrov was called for. He entered the court on horseback to the sounds of a trumpet fanfare. After dismounting, he stood before the populace of the kingdom. Cuan administered the oath, and Vladimir took the crown and assumed the throne. Vladimir asked that Cuan be ready to stand as Regent should the royal line fail before the Heirs could be determined; to this His Grace agreed.

Then was called forth Kalisa Aleksandrovna. To the sounds of a choral work, she came forth, escorted by the Bog Troopers. She stood before the populace and His Majesty administered the oath to her. She was then crowned Queen and Consort, and Their Majesties were seated upon the Thrones of Atlantia. The populace assembled was invited to take their ease.

Many of the new Royal Champions were called into court and charged with their offices.

The Great Officers of State were then summoned, and renewed their oaths of fealty and service to the Crown.

Similarly the Territorial Baronage of Atlantia was called in to renew their oaths of fealty and service to the Crown.

Those members of the Order of the Laurel who wished to renew their fealty *en masse* at this time were invited before Their Majesties to do so.

Next, those members of the Order of the Pelican who wished to renew their fealty as a group were called in to make their oath.

Lastly, Esa Kirkepatrike was called forth. In recognition of the successful completion of her first reign as Queen, she was made a Countess. In recognition of successfully completing a reign as Consort, she was inducted into the Order of the Rose. Duke Cuan first described this Order as a "fraternity" and then amidst laughter amended his desctription to "Sorority." (Note to Cuan: Duke Hector in Ansteorra, *Laddy* of the Rose, will be in touch later.) In accordance with Atlantian Law, since Esa did not already have a Patent of Arms, her County rank carried a Patent of Arms with it as well.

After some closing remarks, Their Majesties' Court was then closed.

This account is accurate to the best of my knowledge and complete to the extent of the information available to me. A separate report regarding Evening Court will be forthcoming. With thanks to Duke Cuan, for whom it was my honor and pleasure to stand as second, and to all those others who assisted Their Majesties with their Coronation ceremony, I remain yours in service,

Evan da Collaureo, Sackbut Herald.
