*Holiday Faire* – November 22

*Royal Progress for both King & Queen and Prince & Princess, need a
separate area

*Baroness Esperanza getting curtains, tablecloths, etc from Rhonwen and
Blitha again

*Tables – need all from storage, Baroness Esperanza arranging to transport
them, plus renting at least 10 from the fairgrounds

*Dayshade – Royals borrowed one last year, Gunnora will look into finding
one

*Royal hospitality – Rhonwen heading this up

*Set up begins at 3pm on Friday at PWC Fairgrounds, come out to help!

*Double list field for fighters – options discussed, Esperanza and Gunnora
working to confirm

*Need water coolers – for all martial activities

*Silent auction – $50 change fund

*Merchant space – still a few spaces in the smaller building

*Door prize – Tiarna running this

*Submit recommendations to Baron & Baroness, also kingdom level submissions
are done online

*Dreamer’s Cup will be given out (twice)

*Massaponax Demo*

*Horses could be allowed if they were separate (in baseball diamond)

*Require $50 for insurance, if approved

*Equestrian community wants to be there, to share what they’ve been working
on

*Educational opportunity as part of demo & SCA’s educational purpose

*Grimm will post to officers list and request insurance

*Sigurd will begin recruiting after Holiday Faire

*Baroness Esperanza volunteered to help coordinate

*Mondays: A&S and Bardic at 5pm at Grimmsfield

*Tuesdays: Fight training and A&S at 6:30pm at Sigurd & Aine’s

*Thursdays: Heavy weapons with Duke Logan

*Fridays: Indoor archery from 5-7pm at Bull Run

*Sunday 11/9 at 2pm: Equestrian at River Chase Farm and Archery at
Grimmsfield, Potluck at Grimmsfield to follow at 6pm

*Question – are Storage Lockers & Horse Insurance current? Yes, paid after
Pennsic.

*Officer Reports:

                - Exchequer, Lord Grimm: About half of camping debt will be
paid will at Holiday Faire

- Herald, Lady Sara:  King selected the new Triton (head Herald)

*Barony won the Chalice Cup again!  Very close, came down to
rock-paper-scissors

*Thanks to all who came to Crown: Duke Logan is now Prince Logan!

*Baroness Esperanza looking into the Barony hosting the Coronation on April
11th, need space for a feast of 100 (possibly less), and a space for court

*Defending the Gate 2015, looking into a site 150 miles away so it could
still happen on traditional date

*Unevent December 6, Walkersville, MD

*Holiday Faire 2015 spiked
